This is one of my favorite paintings from the 2014 period. A 6 x 6  oil on panel, ready to hang in a black wide moulding frame 11x11 overall. This 1915 iron trusse bridge was painted by me several times in the 1990s and later from a photograph that was in the Library of Congress. This painting is from my own photos of the bridge before it was replaced in 2000. It is the Creviston Bridge, named after Converse, IN resident Ray Creviston who was a world record holder for motorcycle speed in the early 1900s.
