Painting Party Supplies
If you want to paint along with me, any medium will work, but if you want to try pastels, you will need:

-
PASTELS: Any hobby store has inexpensive sets, buy the set with the most colors you can afford.
-
PASTEL PAPER: Any watercolor paper with a smooth surface will work for now. If you like pastel, later I can guide you to better papers. U-Art Sanded papers are great if you know you like pastel painting already, get the sanded. In a pinch...drawing paper will take pastel, but it's small grooves or tooth fills up and is limiting.
-
EASEL: You can work on a kitchen table or counter, but having an easel or table top easel really helps and makes cleanup a breeze.
-
PHOTO SOURCE: Before the party begins, I’ll send everyone signed up or who RSVP'd a photo source of what I will be painting LIVE.
-
PAINT ALONG or WATCH LATER? You can paint along with me, but often times people like to watch, then play back the recording and paint along at their own pace, stopping, reversing, and pausing. It’s up to you. At the end of the week make some popcorn or pour yourself a glass of wine. Watch a painting come to life. Take a break from the news and treat yourself to something more fun! Learn something new!
